Adam, a professional chef and fishmonger, started his career at the young age of 20 right out of culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America when he was given the opportunity to run a fish company. We are based in New York, where the greatest seafood variety is available. We purchase our fish fresh every day and do not carry much inventory, ensuring the fish and seafood are as fresh as possible.
